1.5 Roadmap
Phase I: Infrastructure MVP & Reference Applications (Q3 2025 – Q1 2026)
Cryptic launches its post-quantum cryptographic infrastructure with production-ready key management, signing, and encryption services, supported by mobile-first reference applications demonstrating secure communication and non-custodial settlement. Initial capabilities include post-quantum encrypted messaging, basic group communication, and non-custodial transaction authorization on the Solana blockchain. This phase focuses on validating core infrastructure, onboarding early users and developers, collecting real-world feedback, and rapid iteration. During this phase, Cryptic completes internal security reviews and engages third-party audit partners to define scope and readiness for post-launch audits.
Phase II: Infrastructure Expansion & Advanced Cryptography (Q2 2026 – Q4 2026)
Cryptic scales its cryptographic infrastructure to support increased adoption and advanced use cases. This phase introduces expanded key management modes, private settlement authorization flows, multi-signature and policy-based key controls, and tooling for coordinated on-chain operations protected with post-quantum encryption. Infrastructure hardening, performance optimization, and enterprise integration readiness are prioritized.
Phase III: Enterprise Services & Revenue Diversification (2027)
Cryptic expands beyond token-based usage by offering enterprise-grade post-quantum cryptographic services. This includes Encryption-as-a-Service / Key Management as a Service (KMaaS) for institutions, regulated entities, and Web3 infrastructure providers. Reference applications continue to serve as adoption drivers, while Cryptic positions itself as a trusted cryptographic infrastructure layer for secure digital payments and communications. Ongoing security reviews and follow-up audits support enterprise compliance and regulatory expectations.
Phase IV: Ecosystem Standardization & Market Leadership (2028 – 2029)
Cryptic establishes itself as a foundational post-quantum security standard for digital communication and settlement infrastructure. By this stage, Cryptic’s cryptographic services are deeply integrated across applications, protocols, and enterprise systems, supporting secure value exchange and private communication at global scale. Continuous security auditing, protocol upgrades, and infrastructure hardening reinforce Cryptic’s role as critical infrastructure for the quantum-secure internet.
